New Forms

I did some work today to replace the Contact form, and the New Games/New Groups forms. These will no be run though Google forms. The also now require you to prove you are a human when you fill them out. You guys would be surprised how many Gold, Power Leveling and other similar type adds I get though these forms.

I also did a little work on the teamspeak page to try to make it look cleaner. I moved the applets around and changed the column structure.
